Why would Lemaire be interested in being a consultant?

Thanks. When I noticed a response, I half-expected someone to say that they don't want to see the trap. Thats why I'm relieved that someone understood what I was trying to convery as opposed to the typical reading of 1 or 2 lines.

Why wouldn't he? He loves coaching but is tired of the day to day drag. This way, he gets guys to talk about how smart he is, he makes good money and he gets to go to games, something he lives. He doesn't have to worry about lines or player management or any of the drama.

Why do you think Bowman likes it?

Plus, he gets to set up shop in Vancouver, a great place to retire. Its like being a coach without having to put up with all of the bs.

I'd prefer Hextall or Belfour.

Summer courses:

Stickwork 101
Balls 100

Let's say a few hundred K per year to watch hockey and take MG and AV's phone calls? No idea why he might want to do that. The question is why he'd be interested in doing it for the Canucks.
