Flyers at Bruins...Game 7 May 14, 2010

I am starting the place holder for today's GDT

CHARAnator asked me if I would as the last time I did this the B's won.

It's silly we know but we may be a bit superstitious and are willing to try anything.

It is early and the real GDT maker will fix this so don't worry.

Please win tonight guys. Some of us are not ready for Bruin hockey to end.

So I've been living in Belgium for the last two months playing baseball, a 6 hour time difference from back home. I haven't missed a game yet, but these 1 and 2 am starts and 4-5 am finishes are killing me. Please for the love of God, just win tonight so I won't be absolutely miserable tomorrow? Thanks!

So Huge Tonight. So HUGE.

Praying for a win right now, thank god my mediocre school has a prom tonight (only 90 tix sold lol) so I am getting out at 11, the anticipation would kill me if I was in there all day, getting to Boston as soon as possible with my bud.

And tonight, I am going to be as loud as physically possible.

Let's Go !!! LET'S GO

Dear Lord, I pray that this May 14th is different than last years. Change the result in the Bruins favor Lord. So many loyal fans here will resort to true prayer if they read this and then witness the answer to prayer tonight. Forgive those who don't believe or ridicule this post as they know not what they are doing. Show your mercy and power tonight with a sweet victory. Thanks in advance. In your great name we all pray. Amen.
And the whole Bruins board responded with "AMEN".

It's not silly at all. I am going back to my original home jersey and black hat tonight. It seems ever since I bought my new Reebok cap and started wearing my other jerseys we started losing. I'm even going to wear my 10 year old Bruins socks despite the numerous holes in them..... superstitions are fun! GO BRUINS! AND GO LADYFAN!

I will be serving my tables tonight in a restaurant with no TV, not knowing what the heck is going on in the game, as tough as it will be, it might just be better on my heart to find out the results later on.

I predict a 3-1 Bruin win, with the Flyers scoring a meaningless late goal.

Paille with the winner tonight!!
