Wach Crowd Game 7

Thought I'd share this video that someone sent to me.

I have to say to everyone who went, and those that couldn't, that this was an incredible display to the hockey world during a once in a life time event.

I got goosebumps watching that video. Thousands packed the Wach together to see what they could've sat down at watched in front of a TV. Just incredible to see the reactions.

They showed a few clips while the game was airing, but this captures the real atmosphere.

Even being there last night, everytime I watch this I get goosebumps. The atmosphere there was incredible, and as my first playoff experience it was something I will remember and treasure for the rest of my life. Such raw emotion, it was incredible. I literally felt high on life after Gagne's goal.

I am so glad I went and enjoyed that experience. Truly once in a lifetime. If they are doing that again this series, I will definitely be there again.

I'll bet all those people who left after it was 3-0 are still kicking themselves in the ass for leaving.

It was an electric atmosphere and a great way for many who don't get to make it to a game to experience something as close as you'll get to being at a game. My buddy who attends Eagles games regularly said it was like nothing he's ever seen at an Eagles game. A very strong statement. There's no doubt they will do it for all the away games for the remainder of the playoffs. Unless there's a previous scheduled concert or something.

Man. All day I've kinda gotten choked up every time I see a highlight or talk about the game. Watching that video actually made a couple tears fall. That guy yelling, "C'mon! C'mon!" Just that pleading, that emotion. How many of us know that so well??

Thanks for posting!!

I don't know if they will be doing it for the rest of the games honestly. I mean that was a game 7. I can understand that but I don't see anywhere near as many people showing up to game #3 and such.

Did the last 10 seconds of the game mirror the last 10 seconds of the Miracle on Ice for anyone else? Same passion, same desperation. Was absolutely the greatest finish to a game/series I have and ever will see. So proud to be a Flyers fan right now. I just hope it doesnt go all for nothing in the ECF.

They have done it in the past. I'm not sure about round 1 last year but definitely in the ECF 2 years ago. Granted there may not have been as many people but they had a party at the Wachovia Center for all the away games.
