Well it is just one game....yet, this series is all about physical dedication, toughness, grit and balanced lineup. We didn't play against that in the first 2 series. We do have some merit nonetheless. But this matchup is totally different.
No matter the result of this series, we will be proud of this team. But this series will help answering some questions. While the first 2 series helped answering questions we might have had against Halak, and a Martin system, this series will be answering other questions.
Habs can't tease me by putting out 2 of the teams and then ******** the bed against the 7th.....that's all I'm saying, but regardless yes, have to be proud of how they played to get this far.
I'm not worried about the series but I have to say:
Halak was bad
Hamrlik was worse
Bergeron was worser
He was screened on 2 goals...the first one everybody was allowed to crash the net....2nd one was a giant fail by Gomez, Subban & Gionta.
I'm glad that they're losing like this. We'll see changes now. No way MAB is playing next game. Philly hasn't been that big of a problem 5 on 5. Just like the Penns game.
My only problem is I don't see Habs winning more than 1 game in this series. Philly is such a bad matchup for them. I'll even say that they won't score more than 7 goals against Leighton this entire series.
