Just a horrible game by the whole team together. Don't blame Halak for the goals. Just a bad team game overall but no worries we will adjust for Game 2.

My one worry is that there's no positives to take from this game.

None.

At least in our other stinkers we actually scored, or we didn't give up a crapload of goals.

There's nothing good to take from this game.

I could easily see us getting swept. I really can.

Oh, and Leighton is a better goalie than anybody ever thought.

Oh well, it was a very nice run up until now. Even if we don't pull a comeback, I'll look back fondly on the first two rounds.

Game 1: Flyers win 6-0 to take a 1-0 series lead in the best of 7 series.

flyers 6 0

Not a good effort at all tonight. Hopefully this was just a feeler game and we'll come back strong on Tuesday.

I thought metropolit played good at times, and I didn't mind AK.

plekanec was a piece of ****, gomez was non existant, i barely noticed cammy at all.

Bergeron and Hamrlik are embarrassing to watch.

Halak couldnt see any of the shots, not really his fault.. he should be back next game to start.

the Ole Chants pissed me off.. basically everyone on our team was a piece of **** tonight..

Bob Cole is clueless.. thoughts?

This game was a huge, HUGE confidence booster/momentum game for the Flyers.

If Habs lose next game I see them getting swept.

Game isn't over.

I'm not worried at all. This will bring the boys down to Earth, and Halak got to rest for half the game. Feeling very confident for game two, and already looking forward to Tuesday!

GO HABS GO!!!

A part of me thought that this would happen but it seems our Habs want to do things the hard way this year.

Well the Habs seem to be firm believers in rituals. Pulling Halak in each of the series once. Now he will bounce back and steal the series...again. Go Habs Go.

Leighton has shown nothing to me tonight. We never tested him, a bunch of outside shots, this and that..

we'll get em in game 2.

Good news : We can't bet worse

Bad news : Flyers will be even more confident after their comeback vs. Boston.

I can't see the veterans like Gionta, Gomez or Gill taking it like a grain of salt. They'll speak up in the lockeroom.

I can understand that Habs are overconfident, but veterans are there to show that you we only did half of the way of the way to the Cup.

This is part of an elaborate plan to let them win the first 3 games, then we win the last 4 so we can show the whole world that The Montreal Canadiens are the REAL cindarella team in these playoffs/

All I can say is I'm glad we were blown out with that "effort." Hopefully they'll be embarrassed and wake up on Tuesday otherwise this will be a very short series.

Absolutely PATHETIC. We get absolutely no pressure at all in their end, don't even test arguably the worst goalie in the NHL, and allow them to get traffic with ease. That was a sad, sad performance.

Well, Game 2 is vitally important.

If the Flyers win it, then that's it. Momentum will carry them the rest of the way.

I am looking forward to Game 2 just to see what this team is made of.
