MSN Help.

Hey guys,

A while ago a computer virsus ran rampant through my computer, leaving me unable to use either Internet Explorer or MSN messenger. I've since downloaded Mozilla as my web browser, but I still can't access MSN. Whenever I try - from my home computer - it says:

Quote:
Sorry, we could not sign you in because the sign-in name you entered does no exist or your password is incorrect.

If you have forgotten your password, please click Help in the main Messenger window, and then click Help Topics, for instructions on resetting your password. 0x81000303
Does this make sense to anyone? The password I'm using is the same password I use for everything else, plus, I can access MSN from other people's computers.

I tried going through the control panel and the Add or Remove Programs, but it wasn't in there (unless it's Messenger Plus, I'm not computer saavy enough to figure that one out).

Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks!

Sweet, thanks. I guess since I'm having trouble using the real MSN I'll just use this. I wonder why I can't download the real MSN, yet can use this version, as well as MSN2Go, and MSN messengers on other computers.

I would suggest totally uninstalling MSN from your computer and re-installing the latest version.

I've tried that. You're talking through the add/remove programs, right?

BTW, am I the only one finding your avatar quite disturbing?

Deep down inside you're mildly aroused.
