After my last thread I've decided to try a lower flex stick.
Looking for a righty in a 65-75 flex. Not super picky about the curve. I don't want to drop a ton since this is somewhat of an experiment. Doesn't matter if it's an intermediate or senior as long as the length is alright. I need, at the minimum, 60". Would prefer about 63".
I can't help you with those brands, but I will say that the Bauer One95 is very popular and is available in a 67 flex intermediate that worked very well for me.

Looking for a RH Warrior or Easton in a 70-75 flex. Not super picky about the curve. I don't want to drop a ton since this is somewhat of an experiment.
Email or PM offers. Thanks!
Whao, those flexes are Int-Sr
Warrior's INT flex rating is 70 and its SR ratings are 85 and up
Easton's INT rating is 65 and SR is 75 and up
That's what I keep hearing. However, it looks like it only comes in 65 flex which I'm thinking will be entirely too low (correct me if I'm wrong).
It depends. Will you be cutting it down at all? That makes the stick stiffer. Also, what are your height/weight. The general rule of thumb is the stick flex should be half your weight.
As a smaller guy 5'8" 150, I've never felt like the 67 flex would ever break on me (I cut it down maybe am inch) but it's personal opinion.

Not planning on cutting it unless I absolutely have to. I'm around 5'11" and 165-170.

I don't know how short you like your sticks, but at 5'11" you may have to add an extension to an intermediate. I'm 5'8" and when I used intermediates I didn't have to cut them down at all.
TPS makes senior sticks in a whip flex (70), which could also be an option for you.
Edit: Thought I'd add a link to someplace that has TPS sticks with whip flex, this is obviously one of their cheaper models but they have it in the more expensive sticks too. http://www.hockeymonkey.com/tps-hock...r2-ptc-sr.html

I went to a shop today and held up quite a few intermediates and they hit me in the exact same spot that my uncut seniors do.
I'm talking with a guy that's got a TPS R8 shaft. I was looking to go the one piece route but a shaft might be a good option with a shaft like that.
You may find that in stores since most stores won't stock under 85, but I found one once that was 75 (I think, it was in the 70s for sure). I talked to the sales guy and he told me one of the employees ordered one from Easton but ended up not buying it so it just went to the stick rack.
Have you checked Craigslist? I'm going to be looking at some sticks this weekend, but several college players are selling off their stock of new and slightly used sticks.

Ya I scour Craigslist all the time. However, I live in Austin, Tx and there is rarely any hockey gear at all, much less anything specific.
Well I've got a RBK 7k Sickick that broke at the blade, a TPS Response (older ones pre-XN10), and another RBK 7k Sickick that's kind of short but I'll probably hold on to it because for whatever reason I shoot better with it than anything else.
I had someone who works for my local Source for Sports (Duke's) tell me that Easton doesn't offer 75 flex seniors...I facepalmed in my mind and thanked him for his time.

well, to be fair, i don't think easton started making 75 flex sr sticks until '09 with the se16.
