I'm much more confident going into this game than Game 1.

Thanks as always, MSE.

Like I said, I'd be happy if they took 1 of 2 in Chicago. Other game was close, and could have gone either way. Just stay competitive and the goals will come. Bring it home boys!

Just found out on Saturday that I wouldn't be able to watch a Game 7, so I fully expect the Flyers to win in 7. Just to piss me off.

That being said: Win.

Time to **** **** up boys, no more *****footing. You're real ****in men, all the way down from your chest pubes to your ball fro. We will not let the Blackhawks tell us to shut the **** up.

Oh, and since I've brought this with us since the Boston series...

No more! No less than all we are, all we have! No more holding back!

Not only that, but they're a good road team. We might have to win twice in Chicago to win.

If they can scrap this one out tonight we are sitting pretty on the series, IMO.

Imo..

...both teams laid everything on the line to win game one. Both second lines stepped up big in the scoring dept. Who has the advantage? Boosh was the best goalie of the three that played. Chicago played the best defensive period in the third and that ended up being the difference. I didn't like our break outs but i liked the way we were able to guys in front. Nieme was really rattled by the traffic. He was flopping all over the place. Leights was just tight the entire time. I thought the Hawks fore check became more effective than ours for longer stretches. Executing the Game 2 coaching adjustments will be the key to victory. The Hawks matched and bettered us in the hits dept and we were schooled on face offs. My only Personel adjustment is Carcillo in for Carter.

After the Boston series I'm not making game-to-game predictions. I said Flyers in 6, which requires at least one win in Chicago, so they gotta do it at some point.

NHL Live is speculating that the Flyers will suit only 5 defensemen today and start Carcillo as the 13th forward.

Carcillo will create more space for Gags and Ritchie...Carter is quickly becoming a player without a home on this team...IMO. I would expect his name to surface again this summer as we keep looking for a long term solution to our goal tending. In any case...I'm probably wrong since reports have him going in for Lappy or JVR.

Everyone is speculating that Philly will go with 5 dmen...or that Powe will come out for Carcillo...or JvR...or none of the above. I won't believe anything unless Lavi says it.
