If you make a mistake on such a large scale you should be punished. Maybe if he is docked a few weeks pay he would pay more attention to the 9th inning of a perfect game. I am tired of some of these guys being infallible just because its a system based on human error.

I think that's because of the slight juggling of the ball in the mitt really, dollars to donuts that's why he called him safe because he didn't think Gallaragga had possession of the ball, because the throw and foot clearly beat him.
