D Pairings and matchups

Can someone explain what these have been? Four Chi offensive lines and three Philly D pairings.

Obviously Prongs-Carle always out against Kane line, and Kraj-Bartulis vs their 4th line.

But then what?

Does Prongs-Carle monitor Hossa-Sharpe line half the time, the other half done by Timo-Coburn? And Timo-Coburn on the Bolland-Versteeg line?

In other words, is it Prongs handling the entire period of Chi 1st line and Timo handling their 3rd line? And both D pairings splitting the Chi 2nd line?

How does this work? <Awful hard to control three scoring lines>

Pronger/Carle vs Toews line
Timonen/Coburn vs Sharp line

those are the only 2 match-ups i see. pretty sure all 3 play against their 3rd/4th line, where the above 2 split the 3rd line most of the time, and Bartulis/Krajicek get their 4th line most of the time
