Does it matter as long as they win tonight and 1 more?

i dont understand how they get away with that. dives into the goalie, never touched by a hawk. then as timo shoots, he definitely interferes.

Hartnell is exempt from goalie interference penalties because he is the star of these caveman commercials...

If the goalie is unable to make a move to stop the puck, their CANNOT be a goal. You see Niemi moving to his right and Hartnell stops him from moving.

Can't believe this goal is good.

Typical NHL caveman rules (funny that Hartnell was the one doing it)... Had the game been 2-2, odds are it would have been waved off in order to make sure its not a deciding factor... But because its 4-1, the refs let it slide to try to keep the game interesting. I swear this is the only reasoning I can think of.

I really hope you're wrong. If the refs get the power to decide what is or isn't breaking the NHL rules based on the flow of the game.

I hope I'm wrong too, but it wouldn't be the first time we've seen "sketchy" stuff happen like that.

Knuble's ****** of Halak in game 2 against Washington is a very recent one..

Perhaps too soon to speak, but the EA curse is certainly dead this year. Sick shift by Kane (who I usually hate, but given the situation, am "cheering" for)
