dont know if its the idea of seeing a predator skate(future possibility at least), but i must say, from the videos, i am pretty excited about it. someone with speed, some puck control, AND goes to the net?! that would be a first. he will probably turn into a circler once he gets here though.

He's immensely talented. The best goal I've ever seen live was Jonas v. the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks. He undressed three opposing players and then deked the goalie, all at the end of a line change when he was the only Admirals forward in the attacking zone.
So I hear Poile is talking to one of our old draft picks in Jonas Andersson. I think that is awesome news!! Would love to see him sign with us and end up panning out years after being drafted!!
Just had a thought though, why not also try and pursue Konstantin Panov?? another old draft pick of ours (I believe from same draft).
Look at the stats for last season,
Panov,
09-10 Moscow Dynamo - 11 points (8goals) in 12 games.
09-10 Tolyatti Lada - 21 points (12 goals) in 33 games.
Jonas Andersson was excellent in the world championship. Contributed with six goals, hard work and speed. Much more likely to be a good NHL-player than Linus Klasen in my book. He had his career spolied by injuries, but bounced back in a big way and really developed as a player.
