Now that was a Final to remember (from Philadelphia)

Congratulations guys, amazing playoff run and an incredible series.

Hats off to the whole organization, could not have happened to an all-around more deserving franchise.

And that was a great, hard fought series. Some of the most exciting, tense hockey I've ever watched. I hope you guys feel that your team earned this trophy, because watching from the other side I sure feel that we made you earn it.

Congratulations!

Hahaha, I love hockey.

And thanks to the mods for leaving this thread out on its own, I really appreciate that.

Thanks to all the Flyers fans for coming over. Your team sure made it a hell of a series. Most annoying team in the world to play against, and I say that as a compliment. No lead was ever safe, and I would've been worried somewhat heading into a Game 7. Not sure my ticker or my nerves could've handled it.

Gotta echo the sentiment. I was on your bandwagon last year when we were out...so if we had to lose it, I'm glad it was to you. You guys are deserving after the **** you had to put up with for years.

I'm hurtin' bad.... but I'm proud of our team, and it was a damn good series. Congrats.

And then some. Briere and Hartnell, I've never disliked/respected two opposing players more and that's from a fan of a team that faces Zetterberg and Datsyuk at least a half dozen times a season.

Good game.

LOL, Burish would kick his ass.

Great series, guys. It would be cool to have a home-and-home next season.

I don't know... I think they would both fight a little dirty.

It could go either way.

Hats off. The Hawks had a great series, and congrats to a great team.

The Hawks are a likeable team. Usually the media creates a villain in these types of series, and there really wasnt one from the Hawks. A lot of quality guys on the team.

It was a wild run for the Flyers. Ill never forget the last 2 months. I wish they could have pulled it off, but as a hockey fan, I loved every second of the series.

I can't wait for a Flyers/Hawks game next year. This was certainly one to remember.

Philly was such a tough team, what a memorable series that was and how has no one mentioned Lenio? He was a man possessed that series, he is an exciting player and really fun to watch I have a feeling Philly will be much higher than the 8 seed in the playoffs next year and it wouldn't surprise me if they made another trip to the SCF in 2011...
