What time did you get there?
I got there a little before 7 AM

I was in area near US Bank at least I believe it was US bank (Good line of sight to stage , Jumbotron right to Left + about 12-15 yars away from where all the Local TV camera's were set up on that platform)

We had a few people get taken away from my area due to heat (Couldn't find any paramedics for several minutes for one of the people)

All in all the actual parade/celebration was great

But the heat + people being ####'s sorta made it almost impossible to bare..... People trying to force there way forward and get in way of people that had been there for hours mainly was the problem. Nearly had 2 fights in my area (1 guy freaked out about someone smoking weed near his wife and him + a lady that screamed at me and people near me trying to make it thru us about her kid being sick ,,,,,,,, We couldn't move due to a medal bar (I am not sure what it is for) that was behind us)

I remember that part with Mail Truck as the people on other side of street and stuff went crazy and then it drove by,,,,, Good for a laugh

All in all a great memory but I wont be doing it again in future if it is ever that humid again

All in all stood for for nearly a half dozen hours to see it all

I heard them say 2 million people came for the parade ,,,,,,,, I wouldn't be suprised as it was the most people I have ever seen in my life

Yes.. that is US Bank. I used to work there, wish I still did as they had decent views on the 2nd and 3rd floors. You were directly across the street from me. They could have done a better job selling water up and down the parade route. Nobody wanted to give up their spot.

Yeah the water situation was horrendous

People weren't going to give up there spots and even if they did it was so tightly packed in there that people couldn't even move to get out really

I stood in same area for 5+ hours without drinking water.... Once the parade was over I went to train station and bought a Coca-Cola and sat for 30 minutes before leaving for home

Would have been nice if they had some fire hoses to spray over crowds while we waited for Hawks to keep people cool (I wouldn't have minded getting wet as I was hoping for some rain when it started to cloud up briefly)

Wouldn't be surprised. At one point some fan from the crowd threw him a beer and he chugged the whole thing . Everyone on the team looked hungover and exhausted.

There was no way I was going down there. The parade started from the UC, but there were only a few hundred people along Madison. What a poorly planned parade.

Anyone see the video of the cops on ATVs running down people? He even ran over a fellow cop. It's a funny and pathetic video of one of the Hawks lifting the Cup while directly behind that bus is an ATV cop mowing down people.

Here are a couple of the photos I took. Of course, I had to get an up-close photo of Brent Seabrook. The other one is Tazer with the Cup!

Yeah I saw that. That was flipping sad. That cop should be reprimanded. That was just foolish

One of the more interesting moments yesterday in my area of parade was a comical exchange

Guys starts screaming and flipping out ready to beat the hell out of a guy ,,,, Most memorable line was when he screamed "This Ends Now"

What was the fight over? Apparantly a guy lit up a joint in front of this guy and his wife and he flipped out about it.

I would also like to add that the guy that went crazy was in fact holding a beer as he was freaking out about guy smoking joint and exposing him and his wife to it.........

If you post on HF ,,,,, Your a ###

Only issue by me was when a dumbass tried to go over the barricade to follow in behind the busses, whacking me in the head - repeatedly - with his backpack while in the process of stepping on my authentic jersey... I was none to pleased.

So the bolded applies to you, as well, sir.
