Forecast calls for hilarity and mitigating Habs apologists.

If they win, screw the Habs, we have a clown as our coach. If they loose, well, you know who to blame.

Kind of funy first match up, there is a lot of connections.

The always famous Vinnie connection of course, then the Guy Boucher connection, but there is the Steve Yzerman connection too. Yzerman was quoted as saying he would have thrown his hat into the ring of the GM in Montreal had they looked outside the organization when Gainey stepped down.

Who knows, if Yzerman was the GM, Boucher would have been brought on board.

Enough of that, pure speculation and hearsay...GO HABS GO!!!

This team is going to get their arses kicked by Boucher.

Is the 2nd game against St-Louis? And the 3rd against Philly?

Um the Lightning always destroy us, it's not going to be different this time (to all those preparing their Boucher manifesto).

you know what would be nice?

To start off the season at home for once...when the hell was the last time montreal started a season at home? It should happen every 2 years for everyone including montreal...not once every 10 years or whatever long its been

Can't wait for JM to respond with our deadly 'dump and chase' system, and really give it to the coach we let walk.

I love how JM takes us on our longest playoff run in years.. on his first try too.. and then he is dumped on..

I'm not the biggest JM fan ever, but I can respect that accomplishment and keep my mouth shut

Carbo 'led' us to a 1st seed season and was fired the next year. 1 year means absolutely nothing.
