Thrashers Needs

Im a Kings fan who doesnt frequent this board but Im curious to know the team needs of the Thrash for the NHL draft? Please list it in order if possibe, all help appreciated

Probably best player available with a strong leaning towards a forward over defense and goaltending for the first 3 picks.

I don't think it matters whether they play wing or center but if they have size I think they would be more favourable to Dudley. ie selecting Johansen over Granlund.

Could use help in all areas but probably main need in our prospect pool is a strong 2 way center.

IMO...

1a) Goalie signed for 2 years. Pavs will be ready by then.

1b) Top-6 scorer. Preferably a RW, but C would work as well.

3) Defensive D to help take the sting out of losing Kubina (yeah...I'll be shocked if he re-signs at this point).

As far as prospect depth, high end C prospects are rare in our system. Outside of Morin, pretty weak at high end F prospects as well, though Bergfors, Little, and Kane are all very young at the NHL level so that is really not a pressing need at this point.

We have strong depth at potential bottom 6 grinders, offensive defenseman, defensive defenseman, and goaltending.
