Don't joke like that. He was drafted in the USHL too

Coincidentally, I selected Paulina Gretzky in my personal 2010 Los Angeles Girlfriend Draft. Bit of a long shot, but the potential is definitely there.

As a freshman? Or you mean he'll eventually be important?

Freshman possibly. Freshman years are very difficult for any player in the NCAA. But by sophomore year, I think he will solidify a spot in the top 4. Could be top 2.

He's not going to Vermont until 2011, so that would be some feat.

It goes like this ...
He makes the big club right away. There is no Homer NMC contract. He doesn't even count against the cap, because the CBA has nothing in it about collecting your weekly allowance from daddy.

I hope Jay Snider got to announce the pick.

I was really banking on the Flyers doing something to improve the team at this years draft, but all they've done is stayed the same while handing favors.

So Pikachu bashes all of our picks, but because he happens to know this kid, it's all of a sudden a great selection?

Awesome, go back to your corner.

Why are you tyring to force your opinion on everyone? Every pick, you've mentionned like five times in the first 2 pages if you liked it or not... Get over it, they know better than you do. They get paid to scout for a reason.

edit: And your opinion seemes to be, see what the majority thinks and say the contrary... its really getting old man, your acting like JXC all of sudden.

Yeah, something about that. Like I think you got good opinions man, but it's a bit flaky when the only pick you like happens to be someone you know. And the whole Luukko thing doesn't help matters. I can get that your opinions are a bit slanted towards players you may like for various reasons - everyone does and anyone who says different is lying to themselves, and I'm not saying the guy sucks I haven't seen any one of these guys play, but c'mon now...
