Leafs interested in Ribeiro - Pierre Lebrun

So how would Hab fans like to face him 6 times a year with Kessel wearing the Blue and White?

Quote:
Ok. Last tweet before flight. Leafs also believed to be interested in Mike Ribeiro

I'd love it. Hated him as a Hab, Hate him as a Star, and I'd hate him even more as a Leaf. It would just add more fuel to the fire.

All the better if we beat his *** 6 times a year along with the leafs at the same time. can be afraid of being embarrassed by the guy ... the chance to taunt him in a leafs uniform is just too good to miss out on

Why do so many of you worry about what the other teams may or may not do?

Nothing to see here. So what if Ribeiro signs in Toronto?......... he can assimilate with that losing culture if he wants.............

kessel has a good shot, and ribeiro is a skilled passer. it's not the worst fit in the world

but of course, he played for the habs and doesn't anymore. better hate him forever

I always hated ribs. He is soft and has no balance. He wines constantly and dives. He is a disgrace to hockey. But yeah you are so smart I am sorry........

I think Kessel and Ribeiro would be sick together. If they could get him without giving up Kaberle and then trade Kabs for a bigger forward they could put together one heck of a top line.

Ribeiro and another top 6 forward and imo those guys are in playoff contention.

Alot of those things you mentioned would make him a disgrace to sportsmanship. At the game of hockey, he is quite adept

Example: how many players in the league are capable of 55+ assist seasons? ..10 a year? He's got two under his belt, on teams that struggled to produce 20 goal scorers

We've had our own experiences, similar with Hal Gill and Dominic Moore

And yes, it was pretty fascinating lol
