is that whole list confirmed? I notice that all of our NCAA prospects are there, and usually most don't show up given that they have to pay their own way.

Yes, that is the confirmed roster. Bitetto actually didn't give them an answer till late last night because he is taking some summer classes and had to work out his schedule around that.

I'm personally surprised to see that they didn't "graduate" Wilson and am surprised with the general "first and second year pro only" rule that Spaling and Halischuk are on the list, but I'll take it!

Looking forward to watching a lot of the returning guys, especially interested in our new European signing Klasen, and also want to get a peek at our entire 2010 Draft Class...

our first line center is going to be at our development camp.....

Im really looking forward to seeing Josi and Roussell. I think Josi is going to be better than Blum or Ellis, but thats just me. I feel like Ellis and Blum have been hyped from the start, but this kid earned his way up our prospect chart out of nowhere. I really liked what I saw from him at camp last year. Lets hope he can repeat it.

Lots and lots of depth in the class. Seriously, that's a pretty full AHL team.

We're pretty deep up the middle. As wfome said, it could be redundant. That's also works both ways. I think we're ok

I wish I was in Alabama this summer, I'd drive down for the camp to check it out. Anyone going to be able to go?

I like the format of CBUS's rookie camp. Apparently, each coach gets to "draft" a rookie team, and they have a little mini tournament with those teams. Cool idea.

Wouldn't miss it for just about anything! Just sat down in our living room minutes ago after driving 10 hours today from NC. Want to thank the NC Dept of Transportation for closing the last 7 miles of I-40 West heading up to the TN border during this holiday weekend for an empty construction zone. Went through all the twists and turns of the mountains in bumper to bumper traffic. Took me 2.5 hours to travel the last 23 miles up to the TN state line where the highway opened back up and I was never delayed again!

Ultimately, I'm just glad to be home safe and sound and wish everyone a safe and joyous weekend. Thank you to all of our troops past and present for their sacrifices for our great country to make this weekend possible.

I'll be at camp all four days and look forward to seeing some old and maybe even some new faces this week!

Definitely. Just shoot me a PM the night before or morning of and I'm sure we can figure out a place to meet. I'm usually standing in the corner on the glass on both rinks and am always jotting down notes and drills. These things are a great way to learn a new drill or two. One Predators drill can usually be broken down into 3 or more drills for coaching youth hockey.

Honestly for anyone trying to decide whether or not to come out...you do NOT get this type of access to the team in most other markets. You will have a greater appreciation for the speed, skill, and personalities of all the players and coaches after attending just one session. It is a great experience and if you wish, you can even snag an autograph or two as well...

What in the world you guys! This was open to the public right? So how about some evaluation for those of us who live more than 100 miles away?

Public portion of the camp doesn't start till tomorrow. Today was fitness testing and wasn't open to the public...

Camp opens tomorrow at 10 AM sharp. I drove over 400 miles to get back home for this week...distance shouldn't be an excuse!

I understand the excitement. I'm equally as excited to see the guys hit the ice tomorrow and hope to bring back some notes in the afternoon.

Who else is planning on being there tomorrow?

I'll be there! I skate on Wednesdays at 11am anyway, so this just means I'll get there a little early and stay after to skate.

Gotta miss Sunday to drive the 400+ miles back. Hopefully the NC DOT doesn't decide to shut down more highway in the meantime!

If I continue my recovery after surgery as well as I have been, I hope to go to camp on Thursday. If not then - Saturday.

Recovery after surgery just doesn't happen as quickly the older one gets.

On the news they showed Austin Watson skating....he looks really big (tall), but thin.
