Incredible news for us Hab fans. This is the big move we've been waiting almost 4 hours for. Sanford is the answer.

Stop freakin' complaining.

Do you expect big signings like '09? We are up against the cap, is that so hard to understand?

Sounds like I'm on the RDS talkback board.

Really doubt that PG is worried that Auld won't work out as the back-up.

People think every team is given an extra $20 million to spend on big contracts. They don't realize that the money a team has spent last season, in which contracts will last for five years, means that money is limited for the next five years barring a trade.

Whoa. Stop right there. Too much common sense for this board.

I don't mind the backup goalies signing.

The Habs MUST sign a real 3rd line center. Moore or Bélanger would be fine. + A surdy winger.

You mean Sanford is a possible backup of Price along with Auld & Desjardins. Better 3 goalies than a good one, ex: Flyers.

Good deal.

Gauthier shifted the controversy to "who's going to be the #1 goalie" to "who's going to be the #2"....

Though that 2-way contract makes it obviously Hamilton bound.

Whatever!, Gautier seems very indecisive at the moment with the goalies and that's beginning to freak me out a little.
I'm sure Auld's Million is guaranteed.

I didn't see a quote of him saying that, so I'm guessing you're making it up aren't you?
