Here's a version with the assigned numbers; note, no roster and helmet numbers only...these can change! Only guy I'm missing a number for is Forfar, other than the 2 FA goalie invites. I was surprised by some of the low numbers and wonder if they will stick or change for the scrimmages.
Lines were the groupings from day 1, positions are not always accurate:

- college class is the class just completed
- building off previous info. posted
- This is based on Langway's and my work to figure out who some of these guys are (mistakes happen)
- Link with name is to hockeydb profile in most cases; link with school/league team is their team profile when available
- Some players could switch groups; it's happened before...in particular with the goalies and sometimes due to injuries, etc.
- I think I have these guys split by group correctly, please let me know if you see any incorrect info.; thanks
Both Orlov/Johansson will go to training camp only it seems to me.
It seems to you based on what info.? Previous comments and interviews?
The information at the time Johansson signed his contract was that he was expected to attend the July camp and Orlov attended last summer. The reason given that Johansson didn't attend last summer related to a team issue in Sweden, which shouldn't be an issue at the moment.
FWIW, I have a few guys listed that I question whether they will be invited and/or attend. The Capitals wait before they release the information most years, in part because the roster doesn't get finalized until late, but the official schedule should be out soon and then the roster.
I guess I did start this thread too early; I think it would be better to keep this thread to definite information, not guessing as far as the Caps prospects attending information goes and add the FA invites as they become known.
In general, a number of the players have indicated in comments in interviews that they plan to attend camp (as one would expect), including some of the 2010 draft picks and Eakin after his season finished with Hershey, but wait and see until the Caps release the roster.
OMG Chris Bond went to my high School for a while and came back at the end of this year to graduate and was in one of my classes. I kind of knew him...but that is so weird and awesome at the same time. I guess i will root for him then.
LGB - I have been to a few D Camps and the best day to go is the scrimmage, of course. Outside of that, I think farther into camp they are, the more entertaining it is, and we have figured out who is who, and there is a bit more action. But if you go early on, you are there, in the know, reporting to HF faithfully, instead of wondering what's going on. Just check the schedule and make sure something is going on the weekday you choose. Of course, going any and every day is better than work. Just remember to pack up a sweatshirt.
I honestly think that we got a gem in Orlov. He was called the steal of the draft last year. He dropped because of the so called "Russian Factor". Really liked the draft last year. MJo and Orlov, who else?
Again, there have been a number of interviews given by prospects including Eakin and some of the newly drafted prospects mentioning camp, but I'll wait until something more official before updating the list.
FWIW, washcaps twitter: "Camp roster and schedule will be released later this week once they are finalized "
Last year and in some other years, they have released the schedule and then later released the roster. Also, typically the roster has not included the FA invites, but who knows, relatively speaking the Caps have disclosed more information this off-season so it's possible the FAs will be listed.
