Clean/Lubricate sealed bearings

Is there a good way (that doesn't ruin the bearing) to clean and lubricate sealed bearings or do you simply just buy new ones?

So you don't need to open them up? Just dunk em in and let em dry?

Good news is dunking em will take the gunk off. Bad news is it will take some of the grease with it, meaning reduced lubrication.

You can pry the shields off with a pin on some sealed bearings, but sometimes they can be tricky to re-seat after servicing. You're probably better off just buying new ones.
