Spain vs Netherlands

This is expected to be the single most watched game in sport history.

Go Oranje!

Go Netherlands!

I hate it when the favourite wins!

For some strange reason, I am rooting for the Dutch. They are a quasi-underdog.

This game reminds me of the one played between the Netherlands and Portugal a few years back.

Does anyone know anybody who made the trip to this game? I have four friends there but they live in Botswana so it wasn't that far of a trip. I'm totally jealous.

Pretty chippy game thus far.

They are more worried about losing than winning, making for a terrible game. Someone needs to score soon so that it will be interesting.

A Dutch player is going to be red carded today. The way their going about the game, they may have to forfeit the game.

Like the announcer said, if Robben goes down after Puyol drapes his arm around him, it's likely a red card and a Netherlands goal/win. Full credit to Robben for continuing to work hard for the goal instead of milking a foul to get it.

It wouldn't be a penalty kick for Netherlands, so a goal is not a guarantee.
