Any player in particular that you feel is so underrated? Anything!

What's amazing is the Rocket. He was getting 3 goals out of every 4 games in an era where the average goal total was like 5 and sometimes at lower levels than today's. Just shows you how dominant he was. Morenz did the same thing for a dead era for goals in the 20s-30s. When you consider his goals-per-game total is in the top 5 best all-time for reg. season and playoffs (I think it's the same 5 in both categories: Rocket, Lemieux, Bossy, Gretzky and Neely-geez NHL network showed classic series from 91 with him decimating the Whalers, Habs and the Pens until that jerk Samuelsson ruined his career! He had something like 14 goals in 15 games including 2 hat tricks when the knee-on-knee happened). Wow! Rocket could be the greatest goal scorer ever.

Hmmm.......if someone would of asked me which hab had scored the most points in one playoff year, I would of guessed wrong.

But you would have been not that far away from truth:

1976-77:
Guy Lafleur: 14 GP, 9 G, 17 A, 26 points

(Of course, i assume the probability for you to pick someone like Lafleur would have been high)
