It is unfortunate that the timing of Alex's hernia surgery has affected his ability to work out. Diet is also modified when you cannot work out to build muscle. He should be able to join everyone on the ice during the next training camp.
I wonder when Tampa will sign both Richard and Alex.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Panik signed very soon, and I think they may give Alex one more year before Norfolk. He does get snubbed a bit for his size, sucks but its expected.
Going to charge the phone up tonight and hopefully get out there tomorrow and get a little afternoon video, I think goaltenders are the first showing tomorrow. If I get some decent stuff i'll give a little commentary so you know who you're looking at and youtube it.
Make sure that boy is at least maintaining a decent diet, and no fast food.
