I'm curious if anyone who was on the "we should have waived him rather than do that trade" boat who felt this was strictly a business, voted yes.

For that matter, I'm curious as to how many people are voting yes out of spite for Homer. Let's blame the whole team over one person's decisions.

agreed. I wish him nothing but the best, but not to have success against the Flyers.

I personally do not cheer for opposing team players regardless of who they are, where they've been, or what they're planning on doing.

I would cheer as loud as I could until I didnt have a voice left, then somehow run through all the guards up to the GM skybox, take my fist and knock out Homer, lay him on the ground, then take a MASSIVE s*** right on his face. I think I would have a story to tell everyone for the rest of my life.

I voted no, but should have said it depends. If we lose due to the goal... I wouldn't. But if he just scores while we are ahead, yea, I would be happy for him.

You mean the one guy who ultimately makes all the decisions that are supposed to be in the best interest of the team?

I'd agree, but it would make too much sense for this offseason, and if we led a pitchfork mob to Homer's office he probably wouldn't understand and would simply proceed to close the blinds and beat it until it hurt or until he fell asleep -- whichever happens first.

Did he score in the first or second period, when the Flyers are up by a couple of goals? Then hell yeah, I'd cheer for him.

Regardless of all of this, I'd be cheering my head off for him during warmups and when they announce his name at the beginning of the game (hoping the powers that be in Tampa have the smarts to start Gagne on his first trip to Philly).
This. As much as I like Gagne I'm a Flyers fan.
