Or fans who forgave the first time, and second time, leave in disgust.

Ya never know. (You hope and pray they return)

Not all large markets hate the Cap. As a matter of fact Illitch didn't like the 1994 CBA and voted against it along with Bettman.

Likely to be decided in July at next meeting. RT @puckheadshockey: any word yet on PA's search for E.D? Any word from Donald Fehr yet?

I remember Lindros telling me to be patient, that the goods against Kelly would eventually emerge. Never did. Total bullcrap.

For good laughs, google Hamhuis' anti-Kelly letter to the union. It's a scream. 'Course, Hamhuis got his millions anyway.
Cox also quoted KPD though so I'm not sure if he's actually seen the report or just going off what KPD said.

At any rate I wonder if things are going to get ugly again...

I doubt it. The union representatives are more or less uneducated pompom wearers. They bought into the lies of some smooth operators who saw an opportunity, but how many of them actually know any better. The union has elected a new pack of uneducated buffoons and things will proceed normally.

Review committee reports on Kelly's firing. Deals less with pointing blame, and more with the structure of the union of hierarchy. (Which will be changed under the new constitution.)

When Ron Maclean was arguing the case for the Kelly ouster on Hotstove and was asked who was giving him his information, he also named Lindros.

Whatever, it looks like the guys who perpetrated the coup will get thier way, their boy Fehr will take over with more clout and less checks and balances than Kelly had.

StanFischler NHL Players' Assn. Review Committee finished report on firing of Paul Kelly. But union has "sealed" findings. They MUST be made public, NOW.
Who in the NHL Players' Association forced the "sealing" of the Who Fired Paul Kelly report. I'm told that some agents are furious with PA.
A reliable source tells me that some agents do NOT want anyone appointed to a key NHLPA position who was involved with the Paul Kelly axing.

Lindros' never-validated claims that Kelly was doing something bad.

Kelly did admit to mistakenly looking at some NHLPA executive session minutes he wasn't supposed to, but nothing "worse" ever came out.

Oh, okay. Now I remember. I can see why agents would be incensed!

(No, not really, but they honestly have much bigger fish to fry.)

Bingo.
