NHL - Habs/Wild
NBA - not interested
MLB - not interested
NFL - not interested
CFL - Als
Premiership League - not interested
World Cup - Canada
Formula 1 - dunno
NCAA (hockey) - Gophers
QMJHL - Remparts
NHL: Habs for sure
MLB: Blue Jays
NBA: i was a big MJ fan so Bulls and i guess Raptors (don't really care)
NFL: Bills... i was a die hard fan in those 4 straight super bowl failures..
CFL: Blue Bombers.. went to see a couple of games with my uncle (lives in Winnipeg)
Golf: Phil Mickelson and Mike Weir (i'm a lefty) despise Woods.. even before the fiasco
tennis: Roger Federer .. use to be Agassi
Maria Sharapova i guess..
World Cup: Greece i guess since i worked in a greek restaurant ...
1993 was a good year for me.. Habs, Bulls, Jays we're Champs.. Bills lost in the Super Bowl...
my 2nd best NHL team is.. Anyone that beats the Leafs! LOL
NHL - Leafs. I live in Montreal though so I get to see way more Habs games. I'm a transplant from Toronto so this cannot be helped.
MLB - Blue Jays.
NBA - Raptors.
NFL - Bills
CFL - Argos
MLS - TorontoFC
...are we sensing a pattern?
The only non-team sports I follow are MMA and submission grappling. I don't have a favourite grappler (it'd be weird to have one) but my favourite fighters are Fedor and GSP who got his BJJ black belt under my current instructor.
NHL- Habs and Canucks.
NBA- Lakers because Kobe can speak Italian .
MLB- The Expos. Once they moved I lost all interest in baseball. The only team I sort of followed since are the hapless and crappy Mariners.
NFL- None. I cant stand the NFL. IMHO, it is an insomniacs cure. 45 second play clocks are way too long and too many commercial breaks.
CFL- Alouettes and Lions.
Premiership League- Hate all English teams equally except Chelsea. I hate them the most.
Seria A- AC Milan and any team from my native Sicily (Palermo and Catania at the moment).
World Cup- Italy and if they ever make it Canada. I think I have a better chance of scoring with Scarlet Johanssen than seeing the Canadian National Team make the WC .
Formula 1- Ferrari.
Basically anything Italian and from the cities of Vancouver and Montreal, the latter I never have visited. Call it residual fandom caused by liking the Canadiens.

NHL - Canadiens de Montréal
NBA - Don't really have one, follow the Raptors (Canada's team ) a bit and the Mavericks
MLB - Expos I somewhat like the Angels because of Guerrero and Cabrera, the Rays aren't bad either
NFL - New York Football Giants
CFL - Alouettes de Montréal
Soccer - Impact de Montréal FC (**** Toronto Football Clowns), Liverpool in Prem, Barca in La Liga
World Cup - Polska
F1 - Kubica, liked Renault since the Villeneuve days though
NHL: Habs (duh). Second place (which isn't really even comparable) would be the Oilers (basically as the main rivals of the Flames, who I've hated ever since 1989, and since I used to live there and go to games regularly). QMJHL: Mooseheads (homer pick... don't feel strongly about any other CHL teams though). I was a much bigger Citadels fan when they were in town though. NFL: NE Patriots (ever since I caught a pass from Drew Bledsoe on their practise field by my aunt's house in Foxboro) CFL: Edm. Eskimos (yeah, it hurts). Alouettes are a close 2nd. MLB: St.L. Cardinals (since the days of the Wizard of Oz and then Ray Lankford, of all people... McGwire was a good time as well). Red Sox are my team after them. NBA: Dallas Mavericks (ever since Dirk - 'nuff said). Used to be the Celtics. You know, that OTHER team that was somewhat unique for being led by a tall lanky white dude. Premiership: Man U (Cantona and Schmeichel were my soccer heroes) World Cup: England (I guess... maybe my motherland of Scotland or adopted home of Japan are close)
Premiership: Chelsea and Chivas de Guadalajara. Chelsea has to be my favorite team and very close to the Habs in terms of love. Yeah, love.
World Cup- Mexico
Formula 1- N/A
Wrestling - The Miz
MLB: Meh... Like the Rays somewhat.
NBA: Even worse. I like the Suns because of Nash, and I look foward to see the Heat this year... But otherwise I go with my usual rule: Anyone but Boston.
Formula 1: I don't care much about the teams. I liked McLaren with Hakkinen and later Raikkonen, but now I wouldn't say I have a clear favourite.
The Habs and hockey come first. I don't suffer as much when other teams I like lose. I do confess to admiring the Yankees, another dynasty team. I suppose that would would bug the Bruins/Red Sox fan tandem, but who cares? I have virtually no interest in professional basketball, mainly because there are so many lowlifes in the game. I suppose the same could be said about football . Those are the two sports that corrupt many American universities, where money comes first and varsity athletes virtually get away with murder. Thankfully the jocks weren't treated like demigods at the undergraduate and postgraduate universities I attended.
NHL- Habs NBA- Don't really care MLB- Have not followed much at all since Expos left. Red Sox if I had to pick NFL- 49ers have been following them since I was 12 so 22 years CFL- Als Premiership League- Machester United World Cup- This time Germany simply because I am Polish on my mothers side and most of Germany's top players were of Polish decent Formula 1 I use to follow a lot but have not as much in the last couple of years. Maybe Red Bull
because i live in Montreal and i saw the thread about the guy who was hanging out here for 6 days and wanted to read that, however; i saw this and wanted my opinions known on the other teams (but why would i lie about being a leafs fan)
