I think Brown and Francisco can replace both Werth and Ibanez.

I think they would be. Brown is still raw and once the pitchers get the book on him he will slump. It's just the way baseball is.
At this point in the next 1-2 years, Werth > Brown and Ibanez > Francisco.
Also, Cole Hamels is a no-decision machine.

I mean, Danny Martinez and the color guy and the random ads they do in the middle of the broadcast are pretty entertaining.
