Anyone ever try Green Tea Dietary Supplements? Considering trying them, as I'm trying to get into the 6-meals per day diet in hopes of toning the stomach, with changing my diet and working out, of course.

Just drink diet green tea, its alot simpler. the 6 meals thing takes alot of dedication. I would wait until Winter to start trying it personally.

(Sorry, can't quote using BlackBerry so I have to do this as a reply)

I figured drinking green tea, but I mean considering how much I would go through a day, is it worth it? I bought one at Walmart, gonna return it if explained otherwise. But I got a 60 day supply for $12. I can almost guarantee I'll go through $12 of green tea in 15-20 days.

But I have green tea at my desk anyway, so I figure drink that during the day anyway.

I mean I guess if your all about the green tea thing then the supplement would be smarter. I just dont really believe in it but I just like diet green tea instead of water all the time.

Yeah I like water. I usually drink 4-5 bottles of water per day, so I'm fine with that. Just stuff I was reading online said that it helps balance metabolism which can help with the 6 meals thing, and has various enzymes that inhibit changing carbs to fat. Just curious if anyone tried it. I figured you'd respond, you usually do. Thanks for the help. If you know or hear of anything else, let me know.

The hardest part about the 6 meals thing is rationing the food. It's so hard to eat such a small meal during dinner time, you want to eat a ****ing house. I did it over this winter but I bailed on it. Didn't really see that much improvement for the hassle.

Yeahhh, I started taking the supplements a couple years back when I thought I was gonna be drug tested. Figures I'd smoke once, and then start freaking out. But they make you pee a lot, and turns it into a funny color like most supplements. That's about all I can say for the pills.

If you couple the 6 meals a day with a high intensity workout regimine (like full body super sets 5 days a week) your metabolism is like a machine. You burn food quicker than you eat it, it actually makes you eat a TON more because you are always hungry, but you still lose weight.

I tried doing the bulking/cutting routine about 6 years ago. Bulked to 220 and then cut to 190 (doing what I mentioned above) and I didn't really like the process. My bench went from 340 to like 290 and my overall body shape decreased significantly (not to mention I have a naturally bulky frame so I looked kind of dumb smaller, even if I was cut up, imo).

I'm in Boothbay Harbor, Maine for the week. Very relaxing. The view from the back porch (taken with my cell phone, unfortunately):

And myself, my brothers, and some friends went fishing earlier today caught a few blue shark:

Watch your driving — and your mouth.

That’s the lesson a 19-year-old Vaughan man is learning after he boasted online about driving 100 km/h over the speed limit and was charged with careless driving.

York Regional police said Vladimir Rigenco pleaded guilty to the charge and has been banned from driving for six months. He was also sentenced to 12 months probation, must take part in a remedial driving program and pay a $1,000 fine.

At his home in Vaughan on Tuesday evening, Rigenco said the police couldn’t prove he was driving 140 km/h in a 40 km/h zone.

“They can’t prove anything — it’s just a forum,” he said.

When asked how he felt about all the attention, he replied: “How do you think I feel? Famous for something stupid.”
