hOW THE HELL DO THEY HAVE SO MUCH CAP SPACE AFTER VINNIES AND ST.LOUIE'S CONTRACTS AND WE CAN'T AFFORD ANYONE

Huh? The Kings have $13 million available right now with only 4 roster spots open. The Kings have the money, just nobody wanted to sign in LA.

The Kings could sign Mitchell and trade for Kaberle and still have cap space.

Here's a "Lombardi" type player if I've ever seen one:

A better skating version of Ryane Clowe with softer hands. Kings need a LW in the top six and a player who can make room for Kopitar. It makes sense for the Kings to pursue a player like Malone, however, it is tough to gauge what Tampa Bay would want in return or even why they would have interest in moving him.

He isn't a prolific scorer, but he's got the type of player like Rick Tocchet who is not flashy at all but gets the job done.

Tampa Bay may be trying to clear some cap space for future extensions for Simon Gagne, Stamkos will be due for a new contract next summer.

Malone would be great, but I don't think the Kings get that lucky.

Lol the video is blocked due to containing music that is Sony Music Entertainment property and in some countries there isn't a permit for playing it.

Never seen that before.

Semin? Washington has been rumored to be making a trade after they sign Belanger. I doubt it's him, but ya never know.

Supposedly they are set to acquire a defenseman and the rumored forward involved in the trade will be Fleischmann. I doubt it is the Kings as they have no defenseman to spare, unless the Caps are willing to take on a prospect or a spare part, which I highly doubt is the case.

I would love Semin if we had a pre arranged extension in place. He would cost but I would be willing. I would think that some type of contract would have to go back ie) Williams? as well as a top prospect

We would be shocked too, if it is Carter or Gaborik.

Did barry say it was a forward for sure? What about coburn or gleason. Both fanbases would be shocked.

EDIT: nevermind, he said it would be a top 6 forward. Only one that I think would be a shock to the team is Gaborik.

Richards? Haha. I doubt Lombardi would even bother trying unless he willing to part with Brown or Simmonds AND Quick or Bernier. Maybe even Schenn too.

Philadelphia will never get an offer that makes them want to trade Richards. Never.

As far as Savard and Richards go.

Both would be massive upgrades over Stoll as far as 2nd line center goes...but this team needs a 30-40 goal winger to play with Kopitar much more than we need a 2nd line center.

If Dustin Brown could somehow manage to match the 33 goal season he had in 08 I think we would be a much much better team.
