The reality is that most players on each team top-10 prospects will fail to become regular nhlers.

In HF's new top-20 for Montreal, it's most likely that at most 1 or 2 players outside of the top-20 will play more than 300 games in the NHL (which doesn't mean they'll be good either).

And there are chances that Kristo, Lebanc and Tinordi won't become regular NHL players either. (all 3 of them)
