8/23/10 - "Ready To Go" edition - What would you do...?

Summer sucks! Had to drive about 50 miles yesterday in 90 plus degree humid summer weather after my A/C stopped working in the car...this morning when I went to take it in...it was working again! Regardless, gotta get it checked out...

So, with training camp now just 25 days away from opening...today's question is from one of the best TV commercial campaigns in history...

What would you dooooooooooooooh for a Predators hockey game tonight?

Trying to pull a song off the "Check Please" CD this morning proved difficult, but here for your listening pleasure this morning I present...Republica with "Ready To Go"!!!

Summer SUCKS...DROP THE PUCK ALREADY!!!

I drove 1000 miles with a CBJ fan for a game in a compact and about 800 lbs of luggage.

That is what I DID. As for what I would do.......well that might be considered premeditation so I won't go there.

For a game tonight I would, in no particular order:

Listen to a Kesha CD.

Go vegetarian.

Watch "The View."

Attend a Broadway musical.

Wear leather pants.

Wear velcro pants.

Wear no pants.

Watch American Idol.

Sit through a Three's Company marathon.

And, finally...

Sit next to the "HIT SOMEBODY!!!" guy.

Kesha I don't mind, Lady Gaga yeah I might have to hurt somebody. Vegetarian I could do if it was all Indian food, they make some fantastic food. As for a Broadway Muscial, dude, have you seen Chicago? Honestly, watch the movie.

As for the rest, yeah, that would hurt.

If it got me a game tonight, I would...

Go on a date with Andy. (Our old, completely disgusting, wash guy at work who was in love with me.)

I sit near him and sat with him a couple of times when I didn't have anyone to sit with. He's a lot of fun. It's his way of encouragement.

Gawwwd. I'm even missing the gal who yells "get the puck" about every 10 seconds. Still have 4 Sounds coupons to use up this weekend. Then it's all waiting.

They played ILIILI for the finish the song game last week at Greer. The contestant finished with ". . .Nashville Sounds scoring. . ." and I thought that's just wrong!

He sits in my section. May be the most annoying person in the arena.

I seriously considered moving for this season but I love my seats so much.

2. Work a full day with no pay

2. Yep
3. WTF no way... I wouldn't wipe my nose with a Wings jersey.

I'm already a vegetarian.
