How to watch?

Hi, I'm interested in watching KHL games, but is there a website that streams them of something? Kinda hard to watch in North America...any help will be greatly appreciated

you can watch it via http://www.khl.ru/tv/ It is stream of KHL TV, low quality unfortunatelly. There is a schedule, they repeat some matches in summer.

I forgot KHL TV show matches during summer so went to see and ended up getting Djurgårdens-Linköpings. Showing Eliteserien matches as well I guess.

As for OP, besides KHL TV, ESPN3.com shows select matches with English commentators and I believe they showed every Gagarin Cup final match. You could also search broadcasters websites and most of them broadcast online, LTV does this for Dinamo Riga matches. I am also sure many torrent/stream sites will have matches once regular championship gets started, might get lucky and have pre-season tournaments.

A thing I'm very disappointed is how the KHL forgot about Europe regarding television. I would like to subscribe to KHL tv (at such a price it's just a must, but I'd do it for a bigger price as well) but there is no chance to get that in Europe. It sucks

What about Sportbox.ru/Russia 2. Will they show some games this season?

I also heard something about a project from Championat.ru and KHL-TV.

ESPN3 had every playoff game, so they'll probably have some games during the year, but the commentators for the games I watched spoke Russian.

some games should be free at khl.ru, other for small fee (10 and 20 rubles). Sport box should stream games for free

you are ABSOLUTELY wrong about it, you can subscribe through online russian tv providers, some of them carry KHL tv....

During the season, some games (at least last years) can be found for free at www.atdhe.net

I am afraid that KHL site will not broadcast games for free now with the emergence of champ.ru

yes, one of the better ones but free p2p broadcasts lack in quality. I choose to pay, while my current provider doesn't have KHL, TV there are ones that do (direct TV will). But I don't need KHL TV as all the games are during work hours here in the states and knowing the score I have no interest of watching replays.

CSKA78 You mentioned that Direct Tv will carry KHL. I heard that too but where did you see this info because i cannot find anything about it. A few Friends in Russia told me that there is a deal in the works with Direct TV But no offical news that i know of. so can you share a link to that info??

For those who are interest you can use a true IPTV service like http://www.getnextv.com/

they carry Channel Russia2 which will show about 170 games this year. I know there website sucks but let me tell you there Quality is very good and you watch it on your TV so it like really watching it and it's all time shifted. i hate watch games on the computer.

anyway let me know about Direct TV.

ThanX

I only saw it in Russian news, pick up the phone and ask, but usually whoever picks up won't know jack, you would have to escalate the call.
