Canadien Road Jersey For Winter Classic Question

will the canadiens continue wearing the "new" white road jersey for this season, including the winter classic? or this is gonna be a one time thing (winter classic only)?

i think this should be the canadiens road jersey...

Winter classics are for Americans.

This is the Canadiens Jersey for the 2011 Heritage Classic:

Probably just a one time thing. Nothing a whole lot retro about the Habs jerseys, would have liked laces.

I like them too, however the Montreal one is bland.

This would have been the perfect time to use the 45 jersey as it's our real 3rd.

I would like to see a change next year with the laces on road and home (46-74) to add a classy touch and a new Edgified 45 white third with a solid red collar (as they didn't wear laces with this one).

I like the top two jerseys with the laces. I can't say I'm a big fan of the third jersey with the purple trim.

I thought that the trim was blue (colorblind).

No worries Kebekoi, maybe I'm the one that's colorblind and it really is blue.

Haha

And a somewhat related note, Buffalo is ditching permanently the Buffaslug to honor it's 40th year anniversary. Their alternate will be their home, a white version on the alternate will be their away and a third "vintage" will be done (a classic blue/gold version of the new one I think)

no, it's definitely purple, but I doubt it's intended

as much as i like the 45 jersey, would love to see the habs go to their 'CA' jersey as the alternate. love the deep red and navy blue and, solid dark, navy pants without the stripes. that jersey also has laces i believe.

I got a deal for you:

Home : (dark), normal gloves/shorts
Away : with laces, normal gloves/shorts
Alternate : with laces, navy gloves and shorts

This would be Gomez's jersey as he's wearing the 11 for 2011 on that pic.

Also, I think it's Gorges because he was the nearest to Calgary at this point.

I would prefer the 1945 white to replace the current away cause the current jersey lack the central blue band the home have.
