no, once a player plays in one of your spots, that spot is locked untill next weekend.

I'm playing my boss this week. He's got Tom Brady (thanks for nothing Cincinnati) and Chris Johnson. Meanwhile, Calvin Johnson is getting shut down by Chicago and Matt Schaub is doing mediocre.

Tony Gonzalez hasn't done jack, Devin Hester and Cadillac Williams haven't done a thing since 5 minutes in. They're killing me here.

Calvin Johnson and Tony Gonzalez are both busting my balls. Good work combining for zero catches, *******s.

My dislike of fantasy sports has increased greatly. Srsly.

Side note - Iggles, Subway, clearance at Bed, Bath, and Beyond, and Berlin's album "Pleasure Victim." Sobering up from thursday and Friday.

This weekend has kicked ass.

You're pretty safe.... 2 TD's and about 150 yards through 3 quarters.

It looks like my prediction for a monster breakout season for Hakeem Nicks is off to a good start (he's carrying my fantasy team right now, too). He's just a beast -- it's unfortunate he's going to kill us for years to come, though.

Anyone else remember the Rangers/Flyers preseason game that was stopped midway through to broadcast the President's message to the nation inside the arena? The teams decided not to finish the game, citing more important things at hand basically.
I'm just teasin' about the age thing. I would hope even 9 year olds would at least "know" about what happened.

It was beautiful - thanks! And Earl blew through so quickly, pictures could be done outside after the ceremony. The morning was interesting (driving around dodging branches) and a lot of the city lost power, but the hotel held theirs so it all worked out well.

Now that I've experienced a little hurricane (it was a category 1 when it hit Halifax), I'm good - I don't need to ever see another one!

I'm cooked this week. My opponent had Brady, Chris Johnson and Ochocinco. Meanwhile I had Stephen Jackson, Randy Moss, and Carson Palmer.

In the midst of everything else this little nugget slipped through. I felt it needed highlighting.

I, for one, can't believe I missed a bed bath sale. I love that place, plus I need a new toaster oven.

I prefer Target for things like candles.

But BB&B is good for some upscale things. My buddy was looking for a clothes hamper with multiple partitions. We went to the BB&B in Scottsdale, and they had stuff on sale.

I got a $100 modular drawer for $20. He got the other one, and bought a tv stand to go with it, and saved over $100.

Edit - It was a nice little Saturday.
Can't argue with saving money on stuff like that.
