So Long Slug. If it's not too much trouble, on your way out, do you think you could take the Quinn you rode in on with you?

That is true, but I think most if not all of us grew up with the whites at home. I agree its more "heritage or traditional" to be wearing the darks at home... BUT most teams way back in the day only had one jersey in the first place when the league started so of course they were of a colored nature not white. ( WOW that sounded racist, trust me, I didn't mean it that way lol) But like i said most people here grew up with the whites as the home jersey. I personally, especially with our new duds, would prefer to see us in the whites at home. So, I can see why a lot may feel that way about going back to the whites at home. To the younger crowd the whites at home have the traditional or vintage feel to it, and I think its nicer for the fans to get to see the visiting teams "dark" jerseys at home games to see something different than the "whites" always for the visiting team. It adds color to the ice other than seeing the "dark" jersey of our team ever home game.

The slug has had salt poured on it and is no more. Farewell to the most reviled team logo since the Islanders "Fisherman"!
