Why? Hodgson is one of the best prospects have had in years.
Hopefully he is recovered and does not re-injure his back.
But you were trying very hard to convince everyone here of the rift between Hodgson and the Canucks organization. You cited many sources and provided many links to support your claims and obviously spent a great deal of time and effort on your continuing mission to prove that there is indeed tension between the team and the 20 year old phenom.
You must be at least a bit worried that your credibility here is tainted somewhat.
That would only be true if he was regarded as credible before.
Now more on topic:
Quote:
Fourteen months after tearing a back muscle that caused him to miss most of last season, stalling the development of one of hockey's best prospects, Hodgson declared himself ready Monday to fully practise with the National Hockey League team.
Yet some of us manage not to go way overboard especially when we knew that in time, it would all play itself out.
Like this last little thing with the prospects camp and him not doing interviews, all we had to wait was like a week or so for when he was going to speak.
Save the drama for your mama! and your wife, gf, sister, aunt, etc...

Hodgson could slot in, and stick, anywhere from top 6 role with the Canucks or top 6 on the Moose. We dont know now but will know in 2 weeks.

He would have to win some major awards, and the team win/do really really well also. Lets just say it would be an awesome problem to have.
So Hodgson is magically healed, it's a perfect step towards him playing in Wednesday nights pre-season game because he's not playing in Calgary tomorrow night. I'm thinking they dress him right away up with Raymond and Kesler or maybe Malhotra and Samuelsson.
I know I could have my Canucks Fan card revoked for this, but I am actually more pumped to see Oreskovich make the team than Hodgson.
Blasphemy!!! Treason!!!
But I agree.
Maybe I'm just tired of the whole "saga", or really think Hodgson should put some time in the AHL, or maybe I'm just a sucker for the underdog; whatever it is, I really want him to make the team.
