How can we be down 4-1 to a team that doesn't have close to the amount of opening day roster players playing.

Penalties, a ****** penalty kill and those opening day players taking advantage of it.

i know right? 3 PP goals dont help. I'd like to buy a PK please.

to be fair, i do think that "4th line" has seen a little more then usual. I dunno it could be cause i'm just listening to it, not watching it. And the blues are a dark horse (in my opinion) to do something amazing this season (see: chicago 08-09)

If this ends up being one of those games where the Wild make a huge comeback, I'm going to be pissed.

Damnit, this means there's video evidence of the ass-whooping.

That's good to see though.

5-1, St. Louis. Clayton Stoner on for all five now. And Backstrom looks terrible
Any chance he is released and they go with 2 or more rookies?

I wish i could watch the game, just by what the commentators are saying, it sounds like everyone is playing anemic weak ass hockey.

Okay they called the sellout streak.

It's just fitting to put Mike Goldberg in this post.

I would guess that he'd be scratched next game before we'd go with something that drastic. Keep in mind, it's just one game...

I doubt it, but there are probably good odds that he'll get hurt sooner or later.

I definitely get the feeling that "more shooting" was pushed on the team and they are all taking potshots from the outside of the circles and stuff.

Radio Announcer: and MIETTINEN! ... misses the empty net.

I see how it is.
