Bulldogs Appreciation Thread

They may be eliminated, but this was an amazing season for the Bulldogs. The final stretch was spectacular to say the least.

I just want to say: Thanks for the show guys!!!

They scared me with their play at the beginning of the season butat the end they sure did get me excited about hockey again. It was a great season for guys like Plekanec,Higgins,Locke and Danis and I hope we can see some of those guys with the big club next season.

Nice playoffs by Plekanec and Higgins, they are both in the AHL top scoring leaders with an excellent differential.

We could count on only one offensive line

It was great opera played out by those young guys

In the begginging they scared us all but progressed rapidly to reach their potential, it was great season because team was able to comeback from behind I would say great experience and motivation for young guys looking to get ready for next level.

And I forgot to

mention the hard work put on by the whole team, and coach stuck by his playing style despite little success in beggining shows bulldogs have gone long way since beggining of the season.

Nice season for the Dogs. With no NHL, it was so fun to follow Hamilton. WOW, 2005 was a good year for them . It will be harder next year with no Higgins, Komisarek, Plekanec and Hainsey but Kostitsyn might show all his talent and Danis will onece again be a stud in front of the Bulldogs net

Just making the playoffs took a ton of energy... they went out with a wimper, probably because they ran out of gas. Oh well. Who knows what the team will look like next year, but that's the nature of AHL hockey.
