Pre-Season GDT - Habs vs Sens - 7:30pm (Only Televised on RIS, audio only online)

Since we don't have a GDT yet, I thought i'd get us going again,

Sens Lineup

• Goaltenders: Pascal Leclaire, Mike Brodeur.
• Defence: Eric Gryba, Erik Karlsson, Geoff Kinrade, Chris Phillips, Craig Schira, Patrick Wiercioch.
• Forwards: Cody Bass, Eric Condra, Kaspars Daugavins, Mike Fisher, Colin Greening, Ryan Keller, Chris Kelly, Alex Kovalev, Francis Lessard, Corey Locke, Peter Regin, Jarkko Ruutu

Habs Lineup (To be confirmed)

Forwards

Eller - Gomez - Gionta
Kostitsyn - Boyd - Darche
White - Desharnais - Pacioretty
Wyman - Engqvist - Masse

Defence??

O'Byrne-Picard
Henry-Subban
Klubertanz-Carle

Goalies

Auld, Mayer

Please correct me if there's any changes to the habs lineup...

Only small parts of the game will be displayed on RIS.
Believe me, it's BORING AS HELL.
Gaston Therrien talks for 15 mins then they show 1 min of play.
Gaston Therrien talks for another 15 and so on... very boring.
Listen on the radio instead.

Is Kovalev playing ?

If you read the first post, apparently he is.

It would be even worse if it was Brunet talking, anyways RDS says they will show at least 50% of the game maybe 60%

"Mais Charles Perreault, VP à l’information à RDS, est confiant de pouvoir offrir aux téléspectateurs au moins 50% sinon 60% du match, sans compter les reprises des jeux importants si des buts sont marqués pendant la présentation des nouvelles."

Not a lot of regulars in the lineup, that's for sure Would have been nice to see Avtsin and Schultz, but still happy to see Eller, Desharnais, Boyd and Engqvist. Glad to see that O'Byrne and Henry are in the lineup, as Lessard will stir **** all night long...

God, what's up with all the preseason games not being televised... I keep hearing it's because they didn't want too much coverage, what does that mean? And how can too much coverage be bad??

Look for Ruutu to try and injure someone, even if the games don't count.

The only thing I could really think of is people not buying tickets to go watch pre season if they are televised, but in the last couple of years with packages to tickets you are obliged to get pre season tickets so I don't get why they simply don't show it

They used to not televise any at all, so we should be happy with what we have. Still remember listening to Perezhogin score an OT winner on the radio a few years ago

Youngsters are gonna have to keep their head up. That Lessard kid tried to literally destroy everyone on the ice in his last game vs Toronto...

This and Ruutu is why I assumed Ian Schultz would be in the lineup, if someone gets injured tonight, like Lars...

It'll probably be Carle, not Eller that gets hurt.
