– Scott Parse did not play tonight in Phoenix. He was scratched from the lineup because he hurt his foot while blocking a shot last night in Colorado. Terry Murray said x-rays on Parse’s foot were negative but that he had a sore toe, so he sat out.

– Roster cuts are expected tomorrow. I’m not sure how many.

– The Kings will break from schedule and take the day off tomorrow. There are no on-ice activities scheduled for El Segundo.

Ivanans rarely started anything, he was always reacting, just like the rest of the team.

Clifford showed tonight, he will start it and Clune came into the scrum that Doughty and Mitchell were in to get there back.

By the way, Biz is already talking smack on twitter, saying Clifford suckered him 3 times and then he pumped him with a few and was wrestled down.
Doesn't surprise me. Maybe if Bissonnette wasn't such a *****...

I'm sorry to ask you guys a really dumb question but it was Quick that allowed two goals last night and not Zatkoff right? NHL.com's game summary lists Zatkoff as the goalie who let in two last night.

Zatkoff let in 2 in Phoenix; Quick let in 2 in LA.

Yes I was sitting right there. He popped him good like 2 or 3 times before Basonet did anything. It was awesome.

Well, you figure most of the goalies can be re-assigned. Zatkoff, Jones, Berube and the dude on tryout. That's 4 right there, 6 including Weal and Toffoli. There should be some really easy cuts to make, depending on how many they'll be sending down. I bet 15 can be made without batting an eye.
