Josh Harding (Torn ACL/MCL And Likely Out For Season)
For those that didn't catch tonight's game, Josh Harding went down with about six minutes left in the first period with what appears to be a knee injury. According to Richards, it's something with a ligament. It's disappointing since Harding's season ended last year with a torn labrum in his hip, but we'll have more information tomorrow after a MRI.

So sad it happened in a preseason game and to such a nice guy who worked so hard this summer. I'm guessing he's out 6+ months with a torn knee ligament, possibly ending his career with the high number of goalies on the market.
Ugh, poor Harding. The guy just can't catch a break. I think most of us like Harding, and I'm not too sure about going into the year with a Backstrom/Khudobin tandem, I'd think Khudobin would benefit from having another year in Houston.
I think most of us have the feeling that Harding will probably be out for the year. I didn't get to watch the game, my guess it was full of yucky.
he was all like "Nuh-uh, you aren't bringing my value down by leaving this crap fest playing in front of me; I'll be worth more injured and sitting out all year than with a 5 GAA"
Well Khudos gets his chance to shine, but man I just feel awful for Harding. Guy can't catch a break, and it seems like it couldn't happen to a nicer guy.
Edit: Also, someone who knows contract workings, when he goes on LTIR we can spend his cap hit, right?

Yes, but it's sort of a moot point unless Fletcher goes out and gets a $4 million backup goalie.
