What's with this 'h' in Stepan? I've seen a few people do it consistently for no reason.

If we win this game with this lineup, it will be even more epic than the 1980 U.S. miracle team victory

I'd expect a pounding judging by the two line-up's, but stranger things have happened.

Well we do have Hank in net.

Let's just hope XLB doesn't accidentally skate into him and break his leg or something.

Long time reader, 1st time poster. I figure Wade Redden's waiving gives me as good a time as any to register

Anyone else gonna be at this game tonight?

I don't want XLB near this team come October, but now that he is playing... I wouldn't mind seeing him take a couple of nasty runs.

Also looking at the line-up...

Anyone else think a line with Avery and Kennedy will be one of the most energetic line combos this year?

Wow it's the New Jersey Devils vs. the Whale.

When we lose this game we can ***** and moan like the Devils fans that their AHL team was playing against our NHL team.

Lol that is funny but lets be honest. No matter the result tonight, it's still preseason. If there are Devils fans excited after a victory tonight, I'll join you in putting them in their place.

If I didn't didn't love Artem so much i'd say that our 2nd line tonight would be one of the best lines in the AHL this season heh

Seems like Lundqvist needs to be in mid-season form to have a chance in this game. Good thing he's used to having a crappy defense in front of him and minimal goal support....

Who else here just wants to see Grachev play haha.? I was severely dissappointed he didn't play with the "closer to the real NHL team" team the other night but I feel 100% he's going to the AHL anyway so I'm not that angry. If i had to predict any line scoring tho it'd be thast one

Excited to see Grachev tonight, sounds like he had a good camp. Also, nice to see Byers getting a shot on the second line. Met Graves last season(as a million Ranger fans have over the years) and he said Byers has worked as hard as any prospect he has ever seen to make the Rangers.
