Price finished nice with two good stops at the end of the period and penalty.

Again, it's pre-season and he doesn't have to win a spot.
If he starts stinking it up in the regular season, then we'll talk. But he saved the Habs' ass last year several times over, he ought to get a bit of slack.

Spacek will be better during the reg. season. Vets really don't play at full tilt during preseason. Relax.

Then don't play him at all. He's been terrible and it's making Price look even more awful in the process.

Why does everyone have to be on one side or the other? It's either all Prices fault or none of it is. Can't it be somewhere in the middle?

What happened 30 seconds ago? I wasn't looking at the tv when the RDS announcers said something about a sign or someone in the crowd... Had something to with Price.

Yea that's what I said in my post? I'm giving him a short leash but I'm willing to see what he does in the regular season. Most vets don't turn it up in the pre-season so I can understand it.

It's preseason everyone...calm down about Price and Spacek. Some fans are such... Who cares if he has a bad game in preseason? Spacek is a vet. I'd rather look at the young players who played well tonight, although not many, but Maxwell had a good game.

Right, don't dress a vet because Carey may look bad. Are you serious? The Carey stans are in rare form tonight.

calm down, Spacek will be fine... as well as Price.
In fact im glad Price is going thru all the hate stuff now, so when he turns it in the reg. season - everyone can chill.
And Spacek is a vet, he hates playing that side, but they keep putting him out there - put him with Hammer and all will be well again when the season starts... lets move on.

March 2nd 2010.
The very last game that he played in and than the Habs won was March 7th vs Anaheim.
He allowed 3 goals on 11 shots in the first period, and was then replaced by Halak. The Habs were down 0-3. Sound familiar?
Halak then allowed no goals on 21 shots, and the habs won the game 4-3 in the shootout.
Those two points allowed us to make the playoffs.
