Oh yeah. What shocked me the most in the game? Stillman didn't go backhand and 5 hole in the shootout

Btw, Murphy decided to add his own changes to the 3rd jersey.
(other than the patches, he always puts 34 and a C on his jerseys, he has a ton)
That actually looks really stupid.

If he could remove the FLA patch and replace it with the sun-palm-stick that would look cool. I would leave the new circle logo on the front though.

Holy crap...how about that pass from Matthias to McArdle? And the play to strip Horton of the puck? Pretty sweet.

Peters perhaps, don't think Allen could, no. Lucic did some boxing, he's huge, and he knows how to use both in a fight.

Reasoner had a couple sweet assists. Damn I'm glad we got him. I want to see him, Santo, and Weiss at center. How we make that happen I don't know...... Rhino or Matthias have to move.

Matthias?? Boo that. I'd much rather have Matthias than Santo.

From what you have seen in pre-season so far, you favor Matthias? I think Santo has played better.

Yeah, I do. Matthias has looked very good, he's just a horse and he's only going to get better with experience. Santo has played well also don't get me wrong, and he's the flashier of the two so I understand that he's exciting, but I think Matthias is going to be the more effective NHLer. Overall, in practice scrimmage and in preseason games, Matthias has same amount of points as Santo. But he seems to be getting overlooked and people are just putting Santo in the forefront, probably because of his style of play. But Matthias just gets it done, and when games get rough and close checking, it's Matthias who's going to make more of a difference in those games.

How about Matthias, Santorelli, and no Reinprecht! Isn't there ONE team that would want Reinprecht for a pick or something?

Santo has had more top line minutes than Matthias, so that's probably why you think that.
I think Matthias is a safe bet, but Santo should be the number one call-up if someone we're to falter or get injured.

Uhm, is it really that hard? That he thinks the other patches suck! Personally, I'm not a huge fan of them, either, but I don't mind em, Murph has made his known just by doing that.
