What's next for him? He didn't stick with the Kings again, and made quite a good season with the Monarchs last year, but he stints with the Kings haven't been that much brilliant, anyone know what's next for him? Does he have to evolve in a bigger role with the Monarchs before being a Kings full time?

I hope Moller doesn't get too down about not making the team. If he had never made the team a few years back, it wouldn't feel like a set back. I like the way he's maturing, and like someone said, he just needs to wait until there is a spot in the top 6. He's still young. No need to panic. I still think he'll be a pretty good player when his chance comes.
Just checked and I believe Moller is waiver exempt until next season (which would be after the 3rd year of his contract signing because he played in more than 11 games as an 18-19 year old).
I could be wrong, but that is my interpretation...
He is only 21, what is the big deal? We have better options for now until he fully matures.
Bingo. I think people forget his young age since he jumped to the front of the prospect pack and joined LA as a 19 year old.
If Moller is in Manchester two years from now, I'll worry.
I see another season split between LA and Manchester, but this time I can see him sticking with use through to the playoffs if someone like Parse falters.
Still amazes me who deep we are for prospects/young players.
I don't see Moller building on his frame and I don't see his game improving enought to compensate for it. He's still 21 but with the prospect depth the Kings have I'm starting to believe he may not make a dent with the Kings. No knock on the kid. This system just doesn't fit for him.
I think he's trade bait and I would be surprised to see him in a Kings uniform again. Loktionov, Schenn, Clifford, Lewis appear to have passed him on the depth chart and whoever doesn't stick with the big club will be the injury call-ups ahead of Moller (not Schenn, obviously, but that's 3-4 guys ahead of him, not counting Clune). You do not want to be going down the depth chart as you get older.

Excellent point. I can imagine Moller being part of a package to acquire (for example) Kovalev at some point during the season, assuming the Sens are tanking.
I can see him in a Kings uniform this year. I won't predict how long he stays up though. Only one of the following needs to happen:
1) Someone gets hurt: (Willy, Smyth, Stoll)
2) Parse lays an egg
3) Someone gives DL an offer he can't refuse and someone in the top 9 gets traded
4) We can't score and need his shot-- he becomes a PP specialist and plays 5 ES min/gm
5) He absolutely lights it up in Man, thereby earning a call-up to displace someone who is merely playing 'OK'
6) He starts with the roids and packs on 20 lbs of muscle

We don't have any winger on the Kings very soon.
And we don't have high quality winger prospects. Right now Moller is our best one.
As soon as someone is hurt he gets his recall. What system is better to develope
a winger prospect ????
Parse or Moller, Moller or Parse? I think Moller has more intangibles, but Parse has proven he can score in the NHL and Moller hasn't. It's a pickle for DL, but I say they wait and see what happens in the first 2 months of the season before anyone gets moved. I really do like Moller over Parse though.

He doesn't have the size or mentality to do the things Terry Murray requires of his players. Despite his attempts he simply can't go into the corners effectively, can't play defense and can't supply enough pressure to play a defense first system. That has nothing to do with other prospects or depth.

Maturity and experience CAN make a difference. I think and hope that Moller will benefit from "tincture of time". That said, he will probably be a mid-season call-up when one of our forwards goes on the DL.

The biggest oppurtunity for Moller will be next training camp. If Williams' is not resigned, that 2nd line RW spot will be his for the taking...if he's worthy, that is.
Moller has scored 11 goals and 11 assists in the NHL.
Parse hase scored 11 goals and 13 assists in the NHL.
They have both proven that they can score at the NHL level with the exception that OM was given a considerably greater opportunity to do so (maybe rightly so).
To me they are truly both bubble players who have yet to actually prove themselves as capable NHLers.
