Isles game, there is a slight chance it could sell out with the snowbird population, but still doubtful. If you're worried about it, it wouldn't hurt to call the box office and reserve some seats. Transportation from South Beach to the game is going to be tough because it's pretty far from the arena. I'm from Orlando, so I can't offer you too much advice there.
