Yes, that Kolanos. Ex-Phantom and ex-BC Eagle.

no order to the lines and lines playing better against specific teams gets 1st and 2nd line minutes for that game.

Hartnell Briere Leino =75-80 goals

Guerin Giroux Zherdev=70-75 goals

JVR Carter Richards=85 goals

Carcillo Powe whoever makes the club=30 goals

Richards (sometimes swaped with Powe) and Carter (sometimes swaped with Guerin and or Hartnell) + getting PP and PK minutes

With the exception of the Carter line possibly, you're being way too optimistic with all of those line combinations. You're also making quite a few guesses.

Didn't think so.
I am not really sure what is wrong with my sentence structure or composition, especially in this informal setting, but since you are probably an English major please feel free to critique me. I am sure with your choice of major you have all the time in the world between stand-ins in the unemployment line.

I, on the other hand, will continue with my senior year as an electrical engineer, follow it up with a 65K/year on average starting salary and not particularly give a **** what you think about my composition skills.

Haha, well done.

I'm an English major...though employed (thankfully).

Walker and Bartulis have looked pretty crappy all-around. OD has looked better then the other two and has shown good defensive ability, but he still looks a bit slow and lackluster.

I'd bury Walker in the minors and have Oscar be the reserve guy

Matt Walker article:

http://www.courierpostonline.com/art...Flyers-defense

Quote:
How much Walker plays for the Flyers remains to be seen.

By his own admission, he is a hard-nosed, stay-at-home defenseman willing to drop the gloves for his teammates -- a fact evidenced by his 90 penalty minutes in 66 games for the Lightning last season and his willingness to fight Devils enforcer P.L. Leblond in the Flyers' preseason opener.

A 6-foot-3, 213-pounder from Beaverlodge, Alberta, Walker's job description includes blocking shots, killing penalties and clearing the front of the net, which means he is a younger, more expensive version of newly acquired defenseman Sean O'Donnell, who signed a one-year, $1.3 million contract with the Flyers on July 1.

Once Chris Pronger returns from rehabilitating his surgically repaired right knee, O'Donnell and Walker will compete for the sixth spot on the Flyers' six-man defensive rotation. And if only one of them is in the lineup, the Flyers will be paying their seventh defenseman more than $1 million to watch from the press box.

For now, Flyers general manager Paul Holmgren is willing to pay that insurance premium, noting that the Flyers were fortunate last season to have their top four defensemen -- Pronger, Kimmo Timonen, Matt Carle and Braydon Coburn -- miss only three games.

Holmgren's conference call regarding cuts, injuries and more is now posted:

http://blogs.courierpostonline.com/f...ll-oct-4-2010/

On Laperriere...

Quote:
Q: Are you down to the number that you need to be to start the season, or do you still need to reduce the roster?

“We are still waiting to hear back on Lappy [Ian Laperriere]. We are still saying that he is out indefinitely, we don’t know completely yet what his status is. And we have a couple other issues, but right now we are obviously closer to our team today, than we were yesterday so we are all looking forward to practice tomorrow and seeing what we look like together as a group. It’s the first time we really have had everyone. Chris [Pronger] will be taking part in practice. The only person who won’t be there is probably Lappy, so we will see how we go.”
Quote:
“He’s seeing another doctor today. So we’re gathering all our information and we’ll have a better idea where we’re at probably by Wednesday. So, I’m not going to really make any comments on it today, just because I don’t have everything in front of me now.”

I'm almost positive that's not her. Her name is no longer Holly Cote and I'm pretty sure she's American.

I figured since Riley is from Winnipeg it would be her, but could just be a coincidence I guess.
