They have a damn good chance of making the playoffs next year.

are you by chance from Toronto?

and by damn good chance at the playoffs, I assume kiwi meant outside flier.

You don't like Brouwer. We get that. Stop posting trade proposals everyday moving him please.

For a 2nd, why not? Plus, you don't have to bring him back next year since he's a UFA.
How many more assists did Brunette have then Brouwer?

NO interest in Brunette and I wonder about the eyesight of anyone who thinks otherwise. Do the Hawks look like the kind of team to be bringing in high 30s players?

We were only 11 points out of a playoff spot and we had a lot of injuries in the beginning of the season along with a new coach and a new scheme.

So that's only 6 games.

12 points is the difference between 5th and 13th.

So we have a good chance of making the playoffs. That's only 6 games and that isn't hard to see Minnesota having a + 6 differential.

They have a shot? Sure. I'd still but money on them not.

Given the flux at the bottom of the playoff standings:

Colorado, Nashville, Phoenix and LA could all miss out. Even Chicago could too.

Just wasting time.

In the 2009-2010 season, Andrew Brunette had 18 more assists than Troy Brouwer did. He also had 3 more goals.

Another trade Idea

At Deadline if we need a 4th Line C still

Maybe

Reasoner + Weaver for Stalberg and Hendry (or no Hendry, and a 4th)

I would love this deal to be honest. I really like Mike Weaver. He won't give you much offense if any at all but, he's an underrated defensemen. He's one of the most underrated defensive defensemen in the league. That man could lock down the fort on the bottom pairing. Many of us on here also wish we still had Reasoner right now.
